A FITNESS fanatic has left viewers stunned after sharing her height and weight.
The gym junkie is the latest influencer to champion body positivity on apps such as TikTok.
Chantel (@thisisnotchantel) told thousands of fans that she is 5 foot two inches tall and weighs 200 pounds.
The TikToker regularly documents her exercise routines in the gym and is often seen powerlifting in viral videos.
She captioned the clip: “F**k your BMI chart” and has told viewers that she believes the scales are “toxic.”
Fans were left in awe when Chantel revealed her height and weight as she showed off her muscles.
Izabella Whidden (@zimsbabygirl13420) said: “I love this! I’m 5’2 and 205lbs, but girl lemme tell you, I do not carry it as well as you do.”
Melissa Dills (@melissadills5) commented: “I’m 5’2 and 200 as well. I really want to look like that.”
Viewers also called on Chantel to spill the beans regarding her food plans so they could achieve a similar figure.
Tamara Watson asked: “What type of nutrition program do you follow? I’m the same height and weight and struggle with it because I don’t look/feel strong.”

Influencers who are more self-conscious about their weight have praised Chantal for championing body positivity.
Irina, (@trainwreck_2.0), who is 5’2 tall and weighs 190 pounds, admitted she broke down when she saw the number on the scales.
She added: “I train so much and feel ashamed. Thank you for normalizing real body positivity.”
Chantel believes the weighing machine “should be thrown out of the window.”
The TikToker is not the only influencer that has rubbished her body mass index results.
Avid exercise fanatic Natalia (@quadzillas) claimed statistics and her ability in the gym are proof that weight does not necessarily measure health.
And, fitness junkie Arielle Stewart (@ariellestewart_) explained that your weight can fluctuate, adding how your body looks and feels is more important than the numbers on the scale.
