A 65-YEAR-OLD woman has hit back at cruel trolls who tell her to "dress her age."
The mum named Stephanie, who is a huge fitness fan, regularly posts workout videos online and shares her top tips to achieving her youthful appearance and toned figure.
In a recent clip shared to TikTok (@seniorstrong), the mum, who recommends squats if you're looking for strong, sexy legs at any age, can be seen flaunting her figure in a crop top and white hot pants.
"Society thinks I'm too old at 65 to dress this way," she says.
"But I've never been one to care what society thinks."
The exercise enthusiast then shares several clips of herself working out in the gym, lifting heavy dumbbells, doing squats and even trickier pulls up.
