I’m a 30G and tested the best bras for big boobs – what to wear in the gym and where to get the cutest spring sets too | The Sun

A LINGERIE reviewer for women with bigger busts has shared her recommendations for the best affordable sports and spring bras available.

Lara Miller, who is known as @bigb00biebible on social media, took to her TikTok account to share her thoughts on M&S sports bras, ensuring her 76.6k followers were well-informed before heading to the store themselves.

Posing in the Frey Sonic Medium Impact Wired sports bra by the brand, which sells for £41, Lara explained that there is “no digging at the side”.

She went on to explain that gym-goers can wear the straps “as normal”, meaning parallel to each other, or as a racerback.

“I would say suitable for medium to high impact,” she went on to write after sharing that the bra has multiple hook and eye fastenings.

The second bra she raved over was the Freya Dynamic Non Wired one that retails for £34, which was plain black with a pattern over the cups.

Lara explained that this had much of the same features as the previous bra, including the ability to wear it normally or as a racerback and no digging at the sides.

“Recommend sizing down in the band but great for high impact,” she shared, adding that the cups are fully lined.

She then moved onto the Goodmove Ultimate Support Serious Sports Bra, which M&S sells for £28.

Explaining that it’s both “super smooth” and breathable, Lara said there’s good coverage on the sides and people can wear the straps both normally and crossed over.

“Recommend sizing up in the back and down in the cup – Amazing for high impact!” she wrote over this.

Lara also tried out a few lingerie options from Boux Avenue to go with the slow appearance of spring.

In one clip, she donned a stunning pink Olyvia balconette bra, which retails for £36 and comes with a matching thong or briefs for an additional £16.

And in another clip, she tried on a green Piper lace and mesh balconette bra from the same brand for £30, which has a matching thong for £14.

“Green for Paddy’s Day and this set is a perfect treat going into spring,” she wrote with a green heart emoji.
