A BRA expert has revealed three easy steps to follow to ensure that your bra fits properly.
Model Madison Alexandra, who runs a bra school on TikTok, shared an informative video which she captioned: "How to try on bras step by step."
In the clip, she begins: "First, pull the straps four fingers from the bottom so it doesn't throw out the fit."
"Now put on the band. If you can put the band on the tightest hook automatically, it's too big."
"Always start new bras on the loose hook. If you can pull that band really far from your body or if it curves up your back to any degree, it's too big."
She goes on to note that for a correct fit you should only be able to put two fingers between you and the band on the loosest hook.

The bra expert warns that bras are all about proportion, so it's important you get the band fit right first.
