ONE bride has shared the activity that made her feel ten times more confident on her wedding day.
Many brides opt to partake in the activity before their wedding as a gift for their husband-to-be.
Cheyenne Lenea is a boudoir photographer based in Mississippi.
Her photography website states that the boudoir photo shoot is: "A freeing experience, designed to allow you to express yourself fully & wholehartedly."
In a TikTok video, Lenea shared a sneak peak of one bride's photo shoot, during which she walks the bride through the experience.
Lenea is seen showing the woman how she can pose, while also setting up the room for the experience.

The on-screen text reads: "She was creating a gift for her future husband."
"But what she found out," the on-screen text continues, "was that she needed this more for herself than she realized."
"I am so proud of her."
Lenea can then be seen assisting the woman, clad in white lingerie and a bridal veil, during the photo shoot.

The video has been viewed more than 5million times, and women had plenty of thoughts on the activity.
"Well looks like I’m adding bridal boudoir shoot to my wedding budget bc this is a must," one TikToker commented.
"i did this for my husband!! loved it and was a total 360 for my self confidence," wrote another.
"I just did my bridal boudoir session today and it started as something I did for him but it was sooo good for me and empowering. My confidence went up," another said.

Some women shared that they were scared or even terrified to do a boudoir shoot.
In response to one such comment, Lenea wrote: "It’s natural to feel nervous but I assure you, you’ll love it !"
