A PAEDIATRICIAN has revealed the trick she uses to get her children to eat healthy vegetables that they would never usually eat.
The mum of three shared a clip of the clever trick in motion in a TikTok online with her two toddlers.
The woman, called Niky said: “I’m going to show you guys how to get your kids to eat something they otherwise would never eat, if you put it on their plate with the rest of their food.”
She's a mum-of-three and said the hack wasn't always successful but was still a regular win.
She said: “The trick works every time … well some of the time, but some of the time is amazing when we’re talking about veggies and toddlers.”
Niky explains you need to trick your children into thinking the snack belongs to you.

Only use your plates and silverware so the trick is believable.
She said: “Now what you’re not gonna do is grab one of their plates. Go ahead and grab one of your grown up plates. If you have a non-glass one that's great, otherwise you’re gonna risk it.”
“Take that bowl of boring grown up food and bring it right over to your table and place it in front of your seat with nothing else around,” she continued.
