A DERMATOLOGIST has revealed his "good, better, and best" anti-aging Target skincare buys to help puffy eyes and wrinkles.
Skin-care guru Dr. Charles MD took to TikTok earlier this month to reveal the top three products he suggests using for anyone looking to better their appearance.
In regards to combatting puffy eyes, the "good" product Dr. Charles promotes is the Neutrogena Rapid Firming Peptide Multi-Action Eye Cream.
The .05-ounce bottle of anti-aging cream, which sells for $32.67, claims to hydrate and visibly brighten skin.
On Target's website, the product is described as made with a "multi-action formula with proven peptide blend" made to target dark circles, as well as reduce puffiness.
The "better" product listed by Dr. Charles is the Olay Regenerist Retinol 24 Night Eye Cream.

"Retinol 24 Eye cream visibly firms, brightens, evens skin tone, and reduces the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and dark circles," the product description adds.
"It has a light, silky feel and absorbs quickly, going deep into your skin's surface so you wake up every morning to younger-looking, radiant eyes."
