A FOOD guru has shared her air fryer doughnut recipe that delivers on taste but is healthier than what you’ll find in the shops.
TikTok user Jazz Leaf, who shares healthier, alternative dishes on her account, said you can whip up the sweet treat in no time at all.
Jazz, who runs a TikTok page under the name @jazz_leaf, told her 118,300 followers: “Next time you’re craving doughnuts, try these healthy, air fried, doughnut holes.”
She then demonstrated the step-by-step recipe, as she continued: “You’ll just mix all purpose flour (one cup) with baking powder (1 and a half teaspoons) and salt (half a teaspoon).
“I like putting it through a sieve to make it nice and smooth.
“Add any thick, plain yoghurt (¾ of a cup) – dairy free also works – and a little bit of vanilla (one teaspoon).
