A FOODIE has shared her simple but delicious lunch dish – so if you want to make something that’s tasty but doesn’t require too much effort, you’ve come to the right place.

And not only is this dish the perfect lazy girl lunch, but it’s super cheap to make too.



With your ingredients costing you just 86p a portion, and using an air fryer instead of an oven to save on your bills, you’ll want to check this recipe out. 

Posting on TikTok under the username @airfryergirluk, the food fan demonstrated how she makes her tasty lunch wrap.

She said: “Quick, tasty air fryer lunch! So many options for fillings on this! 

“This combo was verrrry tasty.”

In the clip, we first saw the food fan get a tortilla wrap and cut a quarter line from the bottom of the middle of the wrap, to the center of the wrap.

She then added salsa to the bottom left corner and folded the corner over.

Following this, the social media user added some southern fried chicken pieces to the now top left corner of the wrap.

Once this was then folded over, she added some nacho cheese dip to the now bottom right section of the wrap.

Before folding this section over, she added some grated cheddar cheese too.

She then put the folded, stuffed wrap into her air fryer, for five minutes, at 190 degrees celsius.

Once cooked, she took the wrap out of the air fryer, cut it in half and noted: “Delicious.”

The foodie’s clip has clearly impressed many, as it has quickly amassed 77,000 views.

It has 1,688 likes, 26 comments, 625 saves and 112 shares.

But social media users were left divided at the woman’s dish – while some thought it looked delicious, not everyone was convinced. 

One person said: “WOW! SO DELISHiOSO!!”

Another added: “Phwoar, great watch.”

A third commented: “Looks delicious.”

However, someone else posted: “Dry.”

Whilst another chimed in: “I dunno. I like your vids but this didn’t look appetising.”

You’ll need to go to Morrisons, Sainsbury’s and Tesco if you want to find the lowest-costing items.

In Morrisons, you’ll grab an eight pack of wraps, working out at 10p per wrap.

There, you’ll also find a block of cheddar cheese, which will work out at only 20p for 30 grams.

In Sainsbury’s, you’ll nab the cheap dips – salsa and nacho cheese – which will work out at 10p each for a spoonful.
