A GYM girl who says her "minimal" sports bra has her trust has been told by others she has "too much faith."
Fitness trainer Golden Hinchen posted a video of herself completing five reps of heavy deadlifts.
TikTok user Golden (@goldenfitnesss) added the caption: "I put Gymshark minimal sports bra to the test.
"Has my trust everytime. My TOP 1."
The black halterneck sports bra has slight padding and seemingly very little support which the brand says provides more comfort.
The $30 light support bra comes with a number of removable straps for different styles.
The brand says the basic bra has "low coverage" and "low support."
The Gymshark website states: "When you work out, you need total comfort.
"So for sports bras with zero distractions, lasting comfort, and designs to mix and match with any of your other pieces, look no further than here."
Gymgoer and Gymshark ambassador Golden stands by the minimal bra even during her most trying workouts.

Despite the video, a number of viewers were in disbelief that such a bra could be supportive enough for them
Some even told the influencer that she had "too much trust bro"; another added: "Ma'am, you got too much faith."
During the video, the fitness trainer finished a rep and landed the weights on the platform which caused a jolt due to the impact.
The low-cut bra showed how her bust was less supported than in other sports bras which aim to provide little room for movement as the impact can cause pain and sagging.
One user spotted this and said: "What's the point? It's not supporting anything if they are bouncing that way the whole point of a sports bra is to keep them from bouncing."
Other users said "I'd be so scared" and "THEY WOULD FALL OUT" as many mentioned that it would not hold their larger busts.
"My DDs could never," one replied and another asked: "I don't mean to be personal by what bra size.
"I am an E would they work for me??? I want a cute sports bra."
One user who had previously tried out the minimal sports bra replied: "Nope, they don't even work for B and some A trust me just get [a] normal sports bra not this."
Another video shared by Golden on her social media accounts shows her working out in a strapless bra.
During the video montage, she can be seen adjusting her bra and it appears to have rolled down at the back on one side.
Last year, Women's Health magazine launched a campaign in collaboration with Under Armour called #itstartswithabra to urge confidence levels in women so they partake in more exercise.
According to Women's Health, a study in 2018 by Portsmouth University found that "breasts can move up to 14cm during exercise if left unsupported."
This is due to the fact that there are no muscles in the breast as they are instead made up of fat and tissue.
Joanna Wakefield-Scurr, Professor in Biomechanics and Head of the Research Group in Breast Health at Portsmouth University told the magazine: "When you exercise and play sport, the force going through your breast is increased and so your breasts move more vigorously.
