And you’ll probably already have all the necessary items at home.

Content creator Drew Scott, known online as @lonefoxhome, often shares DIY and home hacks with his 1.1 million followers.

"This is for curtains – if you want them to hang like a really beautiful designer curtain, then go ahead and just add on a toilet paper roll every other grommet that you just thread your curtain through.

“Simply add it back on your wall and as you open and close them, they’ll actually space out your curtains perfectly.”

For his second hack, all you need is a piece of masking or painter's tape. This will help you get your pictures hanging evenly, and save you from making various holes in the walls.

He said: “It’s always more of a challenge when your artwork or mirror has two different holes to hang from, so I take some painter's tape and I go from one hole to the next using a Sharpie to mark where those holes are.

And if you’re after the full, fluffy cushion look, Drew suggests sizing up your insert.

“This last one is super simple but makes a world of difference.

“So if you have an 18 x 18 cover, you’re [going to want to] size up on your insert.

“Always size up two inches on your insert, so I’d go to a 20-inch insert. And yeah guys, it makes your pillows nice and fluffy.”

Fans flocked to the comments to praise Drew's 'brilliant' hacks, with one writing: "Mind blown."

Another said: "That curtain trick is fire."
