A FITNESS fan has shared her go-to recipe for a protein shake that helps her grow her hard-earned muscles.
She called the beverage her "booty builder shake," which aids her journey as a "muscle mommy in progress."
Rebekah (@rebekahbfit) went into detail on what she eats for bulking season.
"Here is the recipe for the shake that has helped me during my bulk," she wrote in the caption.
She started off with a frozen banana as a base and for added sweetness.
Rebekah also included peanut butter and Greek yogurt for extra protein.
The gym girl included milk and oats for texture and sustenance as oats are very filling.
She finished off with a scoop and a half of protein powder to nourish her muscles after a lifting session.
A bulk is when a body builder gains more mass in order to gain muscle.
Typically a bulk is then followed by a cut, which entails being in a calorie deficit to create a leaner physique.

The how-to video intrigued viewers who expressed their thoughts in the comment section.
"Never thought to throw Greek yogurt in shakes," one wrote.
"Great way to add extra protein and low in fat," Rebekah replied. "I use plain Greek yogurt because the protein powder and peanut butter makes it sweet enough."
"I do it all the time, it's fine and actually common," another added. "I also add apple slices for a sweeter flavor as well."
In a separate video, Rebekah revealed her stunning physique, calling herself a "muscle mommy in progress."
