WITH little sister Kylie's unnaturally big lips stealing the spotlight, any work Kendall Jenner ever had done may have flown under the radar.
But Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Daniel Barrett tells The Sun that he thinks Kendall, 26, has had some cosmetic tweaks of her own, and it would have cost a pretty penny.
In 2017, Kendall flat-out denied that she'd had any cosmetic surgery done to her face.
"It’s all so exhausting. As a model, why would I have my face reconstructed? It doesn’t even make sense," she wrote on her app.
But that was five years ago, and in 2021, Kendall was photographed leaving a building where plastic surgeon Dr. Jason B Diamond has an office.
Kendall's face was fully covered with a white collagen mask, while she seemed to further conceal her identity by wearing dark sunglasses.

Dr. Barrett hasn't treated Kendall, but he has some thoughts on the way her face has appeared to change over the years.
Though her nose looks mostly the same, he suggests she may have had a tip rhinoplasty, which can cost between $15,000 and $40,000.
"The tip of the nose is refined," he said.
She may have also had a Botox brow lift, which isn't technically plastic surgery but is "definitely an added boost" and can cost between $500 and $1,500.

"Notice how they're higher laterally?" he said. "The brows are lifted."
He also pointed out that her cheeks are "more rounded and full," so he thinks she has had a cheek augmentation, which may have set her back between $1,000 and $2,500.
"There's definitely some filler or fat grafting going on here," he said.
Finally, like little sister Kylie, she's likely had lip injections, which come with a price tag of between $800 and $1,500.
"The lips definitely have had filler or fat grafting," said Dr. Barrett.
But overall, Dr. Barrett thinks Kendall "looks great," saying any work she had done is "tasteful, proportionate, and natural."
The one member of the Kardashian-Jenner family Dr. Barret doesn't think has had much work done is oldest sister Kourtney, 43.
"Kourtney maintains a very natural look. She's done less work than her sisters," he said.
"She's kept it very subtle. She may stick to anti-aging treatments outside of fillers and surgery, which help maintain [her] more natural look," he added.

He also suggested she may have used lasers and non-invasive skin tightening and skincare.
"We look at her before and after photos over the years of the show, not much has really changed," he said.
