KIM Kardashian has long insisted that even though she's not anti-plastic surgery, she's never actually had any herself.
But Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Daniel Barrett tells The U.S. Sun he thinks Kim may have spent up to $170,000 on surgery and has likely dropped thousands more on non-surgical procedures as well.
Covering Allure this month, Kim, 41, flatly denied that she's ever had filler, though she did cop to Botox and laser treatments.
"I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips," she said, but added: "I would still do anything to look and feel youthful."
For years, she's also adamantly denied surgically enhancing her butt, even submitting to an X-ray in a 2011 episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians to prove it.
But Dr. Barrett, who hasn't treated Kim, says he sees signs she's gone under the knife multiple times.

BRAZILIAN BUTT LIFT
Dr. Barrett is not buying Kim's BBL denials.
"Kim has been famous for her body contouring!" he says.
"She appears to have had liposuction with fat transfer. At one point, her results were overdone and very exaggerated."
Brazilian Butt Lift surgery – in which excess fat is removed from other parts of the body and injected into the buttocks – can cost anywhere from $10,000 to $50,000, and Kim is unlikely to have skimped.

"More recently, she appears to have slimmed down, especially in the buttock area," says Dr. Barrett.
"I'm glad she's done this, We've always worked towards more natural results versus the heavy buttock augmentation."
BBL revision surgery also costs a pretty penny, from $25,000 to $80,000.
NOSE JOB
"People always say I’ve had a nose job and they’ll use before and after pictures, but the after picture is really taken before," Kim told Harper's Bazaar in 2012. "It’s so funny, it just depends on how your nose is contoured."
Fast-forward to 2019, and she was still insisting her nose was her own.
"I never had my nose done," Kim said, according to People. "Everyone thought I did, and I said wait until I have kids because your real features come out."
But Dr. Barrett says makeup couldn't do what Kim says it's done.
"Kim previously had a bump in her nose, which she's claimed has been resolved through contouring. This is not, unfortunately, possible with makeup contouring.
"I would say she's undergone a very tasteful minimal rhinoplasty."
Rhinoplasty can cost anywhere from $15,000 to $40,000.
BOTOX AND LASERS
Kim has been upfront about her Botox use, and has pointed out that injections are not, in fact, surgery.
"Her face has definitely had Botox, which she's been open about," says Dr. Barrett.
He also suspects "some intervention with lasers, peels, and likely skin tightening."
Those skincare procedures can cost between $500 and $25,000, while Botox costs $500 to $1,500 every three months.
Overall, Dr. Barrett – who also suspects Kendall Jenner has had some plastic surgery – is "definitely a fan of the work she's had done."
"She looks beautiful and has aged nicely. She's appeared to reduce the BBL procedure and gone for a more natural and sophisticated result, which looks amazing," he said.
