“So many questions come up – What do I do? What do I get rid of? What can I keep? Where do I put it?
“Our brains get overwhelmed, analysis paralysis kicks in and we don’t get anywhere.

“Let’s pretend this is your closet, and I’m going to walk you through the three-second rule.”
During the video, she asks her followers to imagine they’re sorting through a pile of jeans.
She continued: “All I want you to do is you’re going to make a decision on each pair. It’s either a yes you keep it or no it goes.
“But if you hesitate, it’s an automatic keep.
“Make one pile for your yeses and one pile for your nos.
“And if you feel you have to try them on before you decide, just put it in your keep pile, and we’ll circle back around.
“So I just want you to make quick and confident decisions, so if you’re not 100 per cent ready to let it go, it’s a keep.
“If you feel like you’re not getting rid of enough, just do a second round.
“This technique is all about creating a positive experience and helping you build confidence in your decision making, without there being any punishment involved.”
