TWO kindergarten teachers have shared how they’re dress-coded each day for wearing a basic item to school, and they won’t stop.
TikTok user Gracedbyu claims she and her fellow teacher pal are trolled for wearing black leggings to work but they don’t see the problem.
Taking to social media, the educator and loving mum showed off her comfy look and wagged her fingers at her haters.
Grace and her friend are seen standing close to the camera wearing plain sweatshirts and with lanyards around their necks.
They mime the words to a popular Matilda musical song: “Sometimes you have to be a little bit naughty.”
Stepping back from the camera, viewers get to see the rest of the ladies’ outfits.

Both women are wearing simple black leggings and complete their looks with comfy trainers.
In the background there’s an interactive blackboard and colourful alphabet stickers on the wall.
As the song ends, the pair dance around and raise their legs up to show off their leggings.
They both shrug their shoulders, suggesting that they couldn’t care less about being dress coded.

Over 200 people have commented on the viral video, which has been seen by around 350,000 TikTok users.
People’s opinions range from empowering to enraged.
One supportive user suggested that leggings look dressier than jeans with the right shirt.
Meanwhile a fellow teacher shared their attitude.
She claimed: “I wear black leggings every single day. I am in survival mode with the 8th graders this year.
“They’re lucky I remembered pants [trousers] at all.”
But not everyone was so supportive of the teachers’ defiance against their dress code.
“So kids should not be dress coded for it?” quizzed a rude troll.
A second agreed: “Then gets mad when kids don’t follow the rules.”
Breaking dress code rules isn’t the only controversial action Grace has shared with her TikTok followers.
In another clip, she claims she gives little ones extra break times just so she can chill out with her friend.
“On our way to extra recess together even though our students didn’t earn it,” she shared, as the pair put on sunglasses and danced around while carrying enormous coffee flasks.

Another agreed: “I told my kids they had to earn a party for this Friday…they definitely didn’t but it’s a half day and I’d rather have fun so we’re having a party.”
