SWIMSUIT season is approaching, and shoppers are eager to find the best beachwear before warm weather comes to stay.
One plus-size influencer tried a trendy bikini from Amazon, and it supported one of her long-standing style theories.
Fashion expert Ashley Lopez (@superashley127) calls herself a "plus-size fashion bestie," and her fans rely on her for style advice.
In an honest review, Lopez shared a fashion find that her followers will be wearing all summer long.
She modeled the trendy, bright bikini in a video review on TikTok.
First, Lopez showed the neon swimsuit as pictured on Amazon. She bought the MakeMeChic swimsuit, $28.99, in a size XXL.
The three-piece bathing suit is available in three sizes, from XL to 4XL.
The ribbed material of the triangle top and string bottom hugged her curves.
If the green fabric looks familiar, that's because a major swim brand is making waves this season with a similar look.
The Skims swim collection offers a chartreuse bikini that has a different silhouette but shines just as bright.

Along with the swimsuit itself, Lopez also received a sheer cover-up that framed her chest and transformed the beach into her runway.
The minidress had long sleeves and a plunging neckline, which allowed the charming side ties on the bikini bottom to show.
The ensemble confirmed a long-held theory, Lopez said in the video's description.
"Plus-size girls look the best in string bikinis," she declared.
The influencer preemptively cut off anyone who might try to challenge her opinion, writing, "Yeah, I said it!"
She rocked the adorable bikini with or without the cover-up, but viewers had one question.
A fellow shopper, curious about how modest the suit was, asked, "Is it super cheeky in the back?"
Lopez wrote back, calling the swimsuit "medium cheeky" – which probably explains the inclusion of the sheer cover.
