I’m from a council estate but visit posh areas to look for rich men – they pay for everything, it’s because I’m pretty | The Sun

WHEN it comes to paying her way in life, Saffron Marie Boswell would rather someone else did that for her.

The 24-year-old reveals she uses ‘pretty privilege’ to fund her extravagant lifestyle, going ‘fishing’ in fancy bars and restaurants for ‘weak’ wealthy men who want to spoil her.

And she says it works. In just the past 10 months, Saffron, from Brentwood, Essex, claims she has been gifted £40,000 in designer handbags, clothes, jewellery and cosmetic surgery.

It’s a far cry from the council estate where the exotic dancer- who tells her ‘catches’, usually married or engaged men, that she’s a champagne hostess – grew up on.

And Saffron is not shy about how she funds her luxury life.

Just weeks ago, she sparked outrage among her 42,000 TikTok followers when she shared a video about how she uses ‘pretty privilege’ in her daily life and doesn’t pay for a thing.

She said: “I posted a video on TikTok and I’ll be honest, I can't find one nice comment!

“The video is a bit of fun and the way I’m wording things is triggering on purpose but a lot of girls are doing what I’m doing, I’m just being honest about it.

“From the age of 16, I told men I dated that if they weren’t willing to pick up my bills, I wasn’t interested.

“Men are just weak to women. I’ve met all different types of men working in a strip club so now I’m using it to my advantage.

“The TikTok video was lighthearted but it’s what I do. Me and my girls call it fishing.

“I go up to Mayfair, carrying myself well with expensive jewellery, a designer handbag and immaculate hair. Then the money rolls in as I speak to wealthy men.

“Everyone has their passion in life, mine just happens to be in Selfridges!”

Saffron grew up on a council estate in Romford until she was 15.

Desperate for money, she dropped out of school a year later in 2015, and applied for a waitressing job in London.

When she arrived for the interview, she realised it was in a strip club – but she wasn’t put off.

Then as the night progresses, I drop hints about things I want or I say I need to pay for uni. It’s clear what I want and there are men out there who are more than happy to provide.”

She said: “I saw how confident the women were and how much attention they got from men, and I knew I wanted that too.

“They never asked for ID so I never mentioned my age. I felt comfortable, there was security and it was a friendly environment.

“I made £700 on my first night just by men giving money to me for chatting to them at the bar and I loved it there.

“I wasn’t even dressed in lingerie like the other girls. I was wearing a green floor-length beach cover up and wedges.

“Once I learned from the older girls, I earned even more money and got more VIPs.

“The older women working there took me under their wing and showed me the way to make money – it’s all about how you talk to them.

“I told my mum I was working at a bar and entertaining customers when I was 17 and straightaway, she guessed it was a strip club.

“She didn’t talk to me for a while but eventually came around as she was happy I found something I wanted to do.”

Saffron met her first sugar daddy – a businessman she met in the bar – not long after starting work.

She told him she’d only chat to him if he spoiled her. So he bought her Louis Vuitton bags and shoes.

Saffron loved the attention but months later, the man disappeared from her life.

“He had a beautiful Rolls Royce, and one day, he turned up with bags of Louis Vuitton boxes on the backseat,” she said.

“I was impressed but some of the other dancers told me to keep it to myself otherwise other girls would approach him.

“A lot of people misunderstand and think these men want something sexually or a relationship in return but they don’t.

“He didn’t want anything – he was just being generous.”

In 2018 when she was 19, Saffron met her partner, who she doesn’t want to name, in a casino in Soho, London.

When they became serious, he told her he would pay for everything, and he took her “out of the game” for four years until September 2022, until he was jailed for illegally moving money.

While he has been in prison, Saffron has been back to relying on her ‘pretty privilege’ again.

Saffron explains how she and her friends head to glamorous bars in places such as Mayfair in London, then after a few drinks tells them she has to leave to go to work.

Saffron said: “I usually say something like, ‘I’d love to stay with you but I’ve got to go to work tonight’ and nine times out of 10, they'll ask how much I earn, then give me money.

“I tell them I’m a champagne hostess earning £500 to £1,000 and usually they give me £1,000.

I always play the game. I let them think they might get me eventually, but it would never happen, of course.

“Then as the night progresses, I drop hints about things I want or I say I need to pay for uni. It’s clear what I want and there are men out there who are more than happy to provide.”

She says a man she met at a club offered her four years worth of university funding – £32,000 – after knowing her for just a few weeks.

She said: “He seemed lovely, but he was such a liar.

“He offered me money to pay off my uni fees, then the next time he called, it was actually his wife explaining how he was married and they’d had a baby together.

“These men are terrible and it just goes to show you that everyone is playing the game.”

In the last 10 months, Saffron claims she’s been given gifts worth £40,000 from rich men.

These include a Versace Medusa bag worth £1,500, Versace, Dior, Gucci and Fendi sunglasses worth £1,000, a Fendi coat and matching bag for £4,000 as well as a Chanel classic flag bag for £5,000.

She’s also had surgery, including a £10,000 new bum, aesthetic treatments including filler, and getting her teeth done for £5,000 – all paid for by ‘random men.’

With the money she’s given, she saves it up. Then treat her friends and family to meals at places including STK, The Ivy, Hawksmoor and shopping sprees for new clothes and shoes.

But she says these men want nothing in return – other than her company – and some just like to pay for her lifestyle. She sets boundaries and it’s never anything more.

Saffron insists she doesn’t put herself in danger, and always goes to meet a potential sugar daddy with a friend in a public place.

And she says she knows the warning signs.

Saffron said: “If they’re not going to play by my terms, then it’s not going to work.

“If they don't want to send me a car or transfer money for my taxi, then they are not going to give me any money. They're showing signs that they’re not about that from the get go.

“I always play the game. I let them think they might get me eventually, but it would never happen, of course. I tell them, ‘I’m not that kind of girl’, which makes them more interested.”

Saffron says she’s living in the moment and is enjoying having the attention – and money – from rich guys.

She says: “I’m not someone who plans for the future, I live for today because life is unpredictable.

“I want to write a book one day about how you can apply hustling to actual businesses because I’ve learned a lot.

“I’m just living my life and playing the game because, why not? Women can use men to their advantage and if they’re happy to give me money, then I’m happy to receive it.

“The more men willing to give me money and gifts, the better! And I encourage other girls to do the same!”
