YOU don't have to be a whizz in the kitchen to whip up some tasty healthy meals.
One content creator showed her followers how to make her go-to lazy girl weight loss dishes.
In her video, TikTok user Becky (@glowupwithbecky) told viewers: "Here are the easy and delicious lazy meals I ate today on a 1600 calorie deficit."
The TikToker added: "[They] were so good they had me dancing the whole time."
First, Becky showed her followers what she usually has for her breakfast.
"I had some biscuits, egg whites, and some pepper and onion blend," she said.
Becky explained: "This breakfast is so good, it’s only 240 calories and had a decent amount of protein."
For lunch, she enjoyed a post-workout sandwich, a cucumber bagel with a side of Hot Cheetos that amounted to 340 calories.
"This is such a good pairing, something about the cucumbers and the spicy Hot Cheetos, it provides the best crunch, it’s so good," she said.
For dinner, Becky ate a balanced meal of corn, rice, ground beef, and broccoli.

"This is one of my favorite dinners of all time, it is so freaking good," she said.
Becky added: "The calories are a little bit higher, the fat is a little bit higher but it’s so good and easy, it literally takes me 15 minutes to make,I eat it every day."
Between meals, she also enjoyed healthy snacks such as a protein bar and shake.
Another content creator revealed the "lazy keto" meals she enjoyed while losing 70 pounds.
A woman who lost 160 pounds shared her go-to meals, including a Taco Bell favorite.
A third TikToker showed her followers the sweet treat she still enjoys while on a weight loss journey.
