I’m rich & my 11-year-old’s so loaded she’s already retired… but we’ve got an awkward issue even money couldn't prevent | The Sun

THE mum of schoolgirl millionaire Pixie Curtis has revealed she’s suffering with an “awkward medical condition” thanks to her kids.

PR guru Roxy Jacenko admitted that being rich doesn't protect you from the usual grumbles of parenting.

It turns out, she caught head lice from one of her children and needed professional attention.

The 43-year-old is mum to social media sensation Pixie, 11, and son Hunter, nine, who she shares with businessman husband Oliver Curtis.

She had to call in “the big guns” after one of her children brought head lice home and infested her scalp.

“Oh the joy of kids,” she penned in an Instagram story. “Comes home, catches nits – and then I get it.”

Jacenko enlisted an expert at The Nit Nurse to help clean her scalp out, with the brand charging up to £160 to treat people suffering with head lice.

The Sweaty Betty PR founder sat in a chair while a “nit nurse” applied a treatment and combed the insects from her hair.

Thanks to Jacenko, Pixie built a multi million-pound empire flogging hair bows and fidget spinners during the pandemic.

She previously commented that her little girl could “retire at 15” if she wanted to due to her mammoth success online and as a CEO.

But after years hustling in the limelight, Pixie revealed she wanted to retire and focus on being a kid for a bit earlier this year.

The mum-and-daughter duo launched toy business Pixie’s Fidgets in May 2021 – and in the first 48 hours, they had completely sold out.

The company reportedly turned over £105K in its first month.

Hair accessory business Pixie’s Bows is as old as the CEO herself after Roxy established the brand in her daughter’s name when she was just a baby.

But her little girl’s business schedule caused conflict between the pair, with Roxy getting annoyed if Pixie didn’t want to create content after school.

The young millionaire divulged that she was “worn out” juggling so many plates and is “happy that now she can focus on her school work and have some time out”.

Jacenko sold the family-of-four’s Sydney, Aus home for a whopping £12.8 million last month after purchasing it for £5.2 million in 2018.
