A WOMAN has revealed that she has given her council house the ultimate transformation whilst on a budget.
25-year-old Celene Francis explained that she has given her home a mega makeover, using budget buys from Aldi, B&M, H&M, The Range and Ikea.
Not only this, but she shared her top tip to transform your home on the cheap, as well as the brand new dupe from Home Bargains that you need to nab.
The DIY whizz recently took to social media to show off her impressive front room overhaul, leaving many open-mouthed.
At the start of the clip, we saw Celene’s space prior to its epic makeover.
The walls weren’t plastered or painted and instead were peeling.

Meanwhile, the floor was a mess, with no flooring or carpet laid.
She said: “My top tip to transform your council home.”
Seconds later, Celene shared the room’s new modern look, as she explained: “Add shelves and timeless decor pieces.”
On Celene’s modern floating shelves, she displayed vases, candles, books, a mirror and a basket.

Her cream, beige and black colour theme continued with a beautiful black table, which was paired alongside a plant in a black and white plant pot stand.
Celene later confirmed that she nabbed her shelves from B&M and got her vases from B&M and H&M to decorate.
Celene’s TikTok clip, which was shared under the username @61thecouncilhouse, has clearly impressed many, as it was shared just four days ago but has quickly amassed 35,100 views.
Social media users were left stunned at Celene’s modern makeover and many were eager to express this in the comments.
One person said: “Looks amazing.”
Another added: “Beautiful home.”
A third commented: “Looks beautiful.”
In another clip, which was shared just one day ago but has already racked up over 82,000 views, Celene showed off her new dupe vase find.
In the video, we saw Celene enter a Home Bargains store.
Once inside the popular chain, she headed straight for the home section and was stunned to find a beautiful glass vase.
But not only is the large vase perfect for any display, but it’s a much more affordable version of one being sold in H&M.
Celene advised: “Run, don't walk, to Home Bargains. This H&M dupe is only £4.99.”
The H&M glass vase will set you back an eye-watering £24.99, however, this almost identical dupe is just £4.99, saving you a whopping £20.
Shoppers were desperate to get their hands on the cheap buy, as one user noted: “I need this vase so badly.”
