A WOMAN has revealed that she’s spent more than £20k on plastic surgery – and despite what trolls say, doesn’t regret a single procedure.
We’ve all had those moments when we’ve glanced in the mirror and wished we could make a couple of small tweaks to the face staring back at us.
But Maddie has revealed the extreme lengths she went to to get her perfect face, after claiming she’s spent at least £20k on cosmetic surgery.
This includes £9.6k on a slimmer nose, £3.9k on a sleeker chin, and £1.5k to make her arms look more muscular.
She said: “Let’s talk about how much work I’ve had done, and how much it cost.
“Let’s start with Botox and filler first. Depending on the kind of filler I get, it can range from anywhere from $600 (£478) to $800 (£638) per syringe.

“Botox costs anywhere from $75 (£60) to $500 (£398) per visit. I’ve had Botox and filler all over my face.
“I’ve also had my nose and my chin done. My nose cost $12k (£9.6k) and my chin cost $5k (£3.9K).
“Another procedure that I’ve gotten is arm liposculpture. The fact was removed from the back of my arm to reveal more muscle shape and definition.
“This procedure cost $2,000 (£1,595).

“I’ve done a mild laser treatment twice. This laser is supposed to help with hyperpigmentation, overall tone, fine lines, and wrinkles.
“It cost me $500 (£390) per session.
“The most recent procedure that I’ve had is a surgical lip lift. This is where the plastic surgeon removes the skin underneath the nose and pulls the lip up.
“The surgical lip lift cost me $5,000 (£3.9k).”
Below the video, she added: “I live in California. Prices are USD. Zero regrets.”
Her honesty attracted plenty of attention online, gaining more than 14,800 likes and 544,800 views.
Known online as @maddiespageforbeauty, the content creator regularly shares beauty tips and her thoughts on cosmetic surgery with her 24,300 followers.
In the comments, TikTokkers shared their reactions, with one writing: “OMG thank you, someone, who is honest about work done, love the honesty, respect.”
