A PSYCHOLOGIST has explained in an exclusive interview with The U.S. Sun that Kourtney Kardashian's fourth pregnancy is consumed by her husband and his career rather than the mom to be.
For most people, one of the best things about being pregnant is sharing the exciting, life-changing journey with family and friend.
Kourtney first revealed her baby bump at a packed Blink-182 concert on June 18 in Los Angeles.
During the gig – surrounded by hundreds of boisterous rock fans – the Hulu star, 44, held up a banner for Travis Barker, 47, at the side of the stage.
The words on it read: "Travis I’m Pregnant."
As the mom of three jumped up and down, her declaration was a nod to Blink's All The Small Things music video.
In an exclusive interview, psychologist Jo Hemmings told The U.S Sun: “This pregnancy is all about revering and worshipping her husband from start to finish.
"Kourtney idealizes Travis. She puts him on a pedestal and so everything that goes on between them, and that she makes public, is focused on him.
“The other aspect is that Kourtney is famous because she is part of the biggest reality TV family on the planet – not for her talents.
"Whereas Travis is famous because of his musical skills and drumming ability.

“Part of Kourtney yearns for Baby Barker to inherit his dad's talents.
“The way she is seeing out this pregnancy appears to be making sure that her next son is not famous for being a Kardashian or a reality star.
"Baby Barker will be a famous Barker through and through."
, Kourtney and Travis' pregnancy coincides with his well-publicized Blink-182 world tour.
On June 24, Travis and Kourtney’s gender reveal party took on that very theme.
The Baby Barker World Tour event included instrument cases that were used as tables and bracelets like concert wristbands.
VIP passes were labeled "Baby Barker World Tour All Access.”
There was also an impressive drum set on a stage in the middle of the party space, just so Travis could perform.
“With gender reveal parties getting more extravagant, Kourtney made this one spectacular," explained Jo.
"She focused it all on Travis’s musical career, which means Baby Barker is intended to be destined to be as talented as his dad.
"Kourtney wants the world to know it.
"This yearning for a career in music for her next son shows her reality TV insecurities though.
“Baby Barker is due at the end of October or later, which is good timing for Kourtney because of the Blink tour schedule.
"She will have Travis there to support her and the baby.
"She can continue to flaunt her pregnancy on the road as far as possible.
"Kourtney will not have to stay at home with her sisters and family nearby.
“There seem to be gigs during her third trimester, when she may feel positive and energetic.
“Given that this is not Kourtney's first baby, she knows what to expect."
This is the fourth child for Kourtney who already shares three – Mason, 13; Penelope, 10; and Reign, eight – with her ex, Scott Disick.
Her earlier pregnancies were in 2009, 2011, and 2014 and appeared to take a different look because her family was involved.
On Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kourtney showcased her pregnancies, her children and even filmed her labor with first son Mason.
The businesswoman has even been vocal about how her career aspirations differ from her sisters now too.
Kourtney is putting energy into her lifestyle brand, Poosh.
One insider has also said that Kourtney and Travis are in talks to have their own reality series showcasing her pregnancy.
“It appears one-sided with Travis right now,” added Jo.
“But this could be a conscious or subconscious negotiation, deliberate quid pro quo with Travis.
“If she shows him unconditional support right now, then it is his turn to take time out.
“Her own Kardashian family is definitely in the back seat.
"Kim et al are removed from this fourth pregnancy.
“Also with Kourtney being in her mid-40s, this may well be their first and only baby together.
“I just hope that Kourtney won’t project too much of her career hopes for the new baby, as he grows up.
