ROYAL fans have taken to social media to call out Prince Harry for his 'uneducated' comments on mental health in a recent interview.
The Duke of Sussex spoke about the importance of mental health in a video for BetterUp, a new Silicon Valley startup.
During his conversation, which also featured an Olympian and a therapist, Harry urged people to reach "peak mental fitness" and told them to focus on "flexing" their mind instead of "fixing" it.
While many took this statement as an inspiring message encouraging people to take care of themselves, others were less impressed.
One royal fan tweeted: "What would he know about that?"
Another said: "Yet another subject about which he knows nothing."
A third wrote: "Exactly… insulting to qualified graduates in the field."
Supporting mental health charities and social justice causes has been a hallmark of Harry and Meghan's relationship, with the pair widely praised for their selfless work with dozens of charities.

The Queen reportedly left a group of NHS heroes in hysterics while granting them the George Cross this week.
The Queen reportedly told May Parson, the first individual to administer the Covid vaccine: "You're still alive?"
May replied: "We're terribly, terribly proud of the vaccination roll-out, it was so successful."
The Queen replied: "Yes it was amazing."

“This is because if you think about it logically, when are they next going to return? When will the opportunity be there to have a formal portrait with our gracious monarch? And at 96 years old they have to look logically at that.

The Duke of Sussex spent 10 years in the British army.
He left the military in 2015, after a decade and two tours in Afghanistan.
Royal expert Neil Sean told his YouTube community that Prince Harry could be eager to help the Ukrainians fight Russia.
Neil said: “According to a very good source, Prince Harry is very keen to see, as a private citizen, if he could offer any assistance, whether to go and visit or simply just assist from afar with Ukraine.”

The man intruded the Queen’s residence twice in the space of four days.
Daniel Brydges was caught climbing barbed wire fences.
The 33-year-old will appear at Westminster Magistrates Court tomorrow.

Harry’s tell-all book may be delayed
The Royal family have reportedly been nervous about what the book might include.
It was thought that the book would be on our shelves in November in time for Christmas.
The book is being published by Penguin Random House, though their latest list for Autumn left out Harry’s book, suggesting it’s delayed.
However, a spokesperson from the publishing house said: “We don’t put every book on the list so there is nothing to be extrapolated from that.”

Gold medal-winning diver Tom Daley was awarded with a OBE at Windsor Castle yesterday, for his services to diving and LGBTQ+ rights.
Prince Charles took to Twitter to hail the legendary sportsman.
During the event, Charles also awarded several NHS workers with honours to thank them for their services to the country.

Harry and Megan 'too busy' to visit Balmoral, claims expert
The Sussexes have reportedly turned down an invitation to spend the summer at Balmoral with their family, as Harry gears up to release his tell-all biography this autumn.
Royal commentator Neil Sean outlined why the couple are set to snub their family on his YouTube channel.
He said: “According to that good source, even the allure of Balmoral with all that wonderful air, highlands, treats, and of course spending time with the world’s most interesting woman, in my opinion, seemingly they are too busy.”
He continued: “It looks like Harry and Meghan will have to politely decline the invitation to go to Balmoral to spend some time with our gracious monarch.
“According to that source, the real reason is that as we know, Prince Harry is gearing up to release his tell-all book in the autumn.
“This could prove really tricky and thorny, couldn’t it?
“Because I’m sure that would be brought up as a topic, rightly so.
“And if of course you’re sitting opposite your grandmother and you have to explain exactly what you’re planning to do, or what you’re planning to say then it creates a very thorny situation.

The Queen was all smiles has she awarded NHS heroes with the George Cross at a recent Windsor ceremony.
The royals came together to recognise the NHS for its "courage, compassion and dedication", particularly during the pandemic.
Guests included NHS England chief executive Amanda Pritchard and her counterparts from NHS Scotland and NHS Wales, Caroline Lamb and Judith Paget.
A frontline worker from each of the home nations also attended.
Her Majesty was seen making quests laugh, before Charles awarded each hero with their George Cross.
To the delight of royals fans across the globe, the Queen was once again pictured walking without an aid, following reports of mobility issues during the Platinum Jubilee.

Meghan recently complained that a fan was taking photos of her at Wimbledon leading her security guard to ask the woman to stop.
However, it turned out that the journalist was actually taking photos of Meghan’s friend whom they were both there to see, 23 time Grand Slam champion, Serena Williams.
Meghan and Harry have previously complained that photos are being taken of them, so Samantha asked why they were okay to have so many photo ops.

Warring princes William and Harry should take a leaf out of Princess Anne’s book

IN the mid-80s I was dispatched to New Zealand to track down the rumoured “love child” of Captain Mark Phillips, who was still married to Princess Anne at the time.
I had no names and New Zealand spans 103,000 square miles, so it was like a vast game of Where’s Wally without the aid of a stripy jumper.
I failed the task but, eventually, it emerged that the child, born in 1985 to art teacher Heather Tonkin, was a daughter called Felicity, now 37.
It is not known if Mark and Anne’s children Zara and Peter have ever met her, but after their parents’ subsequent divorce in 1992 (the year of the Queen’s Annus Horribilis), their father went on to marry Olympian horse rider Sandy Pflueger, with whom he had another daughter, Stephanie.
Are you keeping up at the back? Good, I’ll continue. Stephanie, now 24, was brought up in a house on Princess Anne’s Gatcombe Estate, where Mark continued to live after their divorce, so has a close relationship with her half-siblings.
Consequently, when she got married last weekend, her wedding was attended by Princess Anne, daughter Zara and husband Mike Tindall, their daughters, who were bridesmaids along with the two daughters of Peter (who was there with his new girlfriend Lindsay), and his ex-wife Autumn, who was also in attendance with her new boyfriend.

Prince Harry relaxed in a comfy chair and preached the importance of ‘peak mental fitness’ in a new campaign promoting his $4.7million (£3.8m) Silicon Valley start-up.
The California-based duke insisted people need to focus on ‘flexing their minds’ rather than ‘fixing’ them in order to ‘unlock the greatness within them’.
The 37-year-old, who quit royal duty to live in the US, was named Better-Up’s Chief Impact Officer last March.

Harry will be giving a speech in honour of Nelson Mandela Day.
Social media users have taken to the internet to mock the decision to have the royal couple give a speech.
Though few families are completely harmonious, one Twitter user, Michael Turner posted under the handle @mturner1961: “Prince Harry will be joined by Meghan Markle in a speech to UN. At the ‘United Nations’ when they can’t even get on with their own families. Brilliant.”

Harry is writing the book with the help of ghostwriter, Pulitzer Prize-winning author, JR Moehringer.
Harry has reassured that the book will be “accurate and wholly truthful”. About the book, he said: “I’m writing this not as the prince I was born but as the man, I have become.
“I’ve worn many hats over the years, both literally and figuratively, and my hope is that in telling my story – the highs and lows, the mistakes, the lessons learned – I can help show that no matter where we come from, we have more in common than we think.”
