MEGHAN Markle promoted a hidden feminist message as she posed in a slogan T-shirt for a new photo.
The Duchess of Sussex, 41, wore the black top with words written in Iran's Farsi language translating to: "Women. Life. Freedom."
The popular Kurdish slogan for women's power has been chanted in Iran since protests broke out last month after Mahsa Amini, 22, was beaten to death in police custody.
Meghan also praised the "courage and bravery" shown by women and young girls in the country.
Many have burnt their hijabs despite strict laws enforcing how women and girls should wear theirs. Mahsa Amini had been arrested for allegedly incorrectly wearing hers.
Meghan was invited to speak at Spotify's female-run employee resource group Women@Spotify in Los Angeles, California.

She posed for a photo with Mandana Dayani, 40, president of her charity Archewell, and colleague Ashley Momtaheni.
Ms Dayani wrote: "I am so grateful to work with incredible women like Meghan and my fellow Iranian colleague and friend, Ashley Momtaheni, as we continue to highlight the bravery and courage of the women and young girls on the frontlines of one of the most important feminist movements of our lives.
"At an event today, Meghan spoke about the revolution being led by women and young girls in Iran, the courage and bravery they show every day, and their leadership and advocacy of basic human rights: women, life, freedom.
"As an Iranian woman who fled her home country in pursuit of these very freedoms, I could not have been more grateful for how she chooses, again and again, to advocate for women around the world.

It comes after she revealed yesterday that she quit Deal or No Deal after being made to feel like a "bimbo" and wants her daughter to "aspire higher".
She said she was told to "suck it in" by a woman who helped run the US version of the hit game show in 2006.
The order left her feeling "objectified" and "not smart", the duchess told the latest episode of her Archetypes podcast as she discussed the "dumb blonde" trope.
Meghan held briefcase number 24 during her time as a model on the US version of Deal or No Deal in 2006 – years before she met Prince Harry.
But co-star Claudia Jordan, 49, slammed the claims and insisted the show "never treated us like bimbos".
She wrote: “For clarity – yes getting a modeling gig on a game show isn't necessarily about your intellect.

"But every show the executive producers picked five models with the most outgoing and fun personalities to place mics on, who they knew would engage with the contestants.
“And Deal or No Deal never treated us like bimbos. We got so many opportunities because of that show.”
