A BARGAIN-HUNTING mum has shared how she’s well on her way to being ready for Christmas after bagging a haul of reduced toys.
Mum Kyra Siobhan from Leicestershire has revealed she got her hands on £200 worth of toys for just £30 while enjoying a spontaneous shopping trip in supermarket Asda.
Posting a snap of her purchases on to the Facebook group, Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, Kyra said she was thrilled she’d bought them all for a fraction of their original price.
She wrote: “Absolute bargains in Asda today! Wasn't even going but decided to see if they had any of the lol bargains people mentioned. Nearly £200 worth for £30.”
Kyra then went into even more detail, as she lifted the lid on how much each item cost – including how she’d spotted the popular LOL Surprise balls for just £3 each when they usually cost £12.
She wrote: “Lol balls £3, Mario £2, The rest were £1, 50p and 10p!! Also got a Winnie The Pooh dining set £5 reduced from £40.”

As she signed the post off, she added that it had made her year that she’d been able to make such a dent in her Christmas shopping with five months still to go.
Kyra concluded: “Xmas stockings and some presents sorted.
“Really needed this too I nearly cried!! They had more toys and even a bike but didn't need them.”
As other bargain hunters congratulated her on her finds, fellow parents said they would have been equally over the moon.
