Mum praises genius ‘monster spray’ that’s got her daughter sleeping through the night as a game changer | The Sun

A MUM has hailed a "monster spray" as a parenting game changer that has helped her daughter sleep through the night for the first time.

Brianne Bennett took to TikTok to share a video of daughter Ella using a bottle of water to spray various parts of her room, including some plastic boxes and the handles on the wardrobe.

"Ella has slept through the night 2 days in a row because we've been using 'monster spray'," she wrote over the clip.

"Worth a try!" she added in the caption.

People in the comments section quickly weighed in on Brianne's parenting hack, with many praising the ingenious idea.

"That is so smart! I'm glad she is sleeping better," one wrote.
