A PILATES pro has revealed her 15-minute exercise plan that can be done anywhere.

The fitness fan's workouts are so effective on their own that no equipment is necessary.

Madeleine Abeid (@luvmadeleine) struck a pose for the camera before getting into the exercises in a TikTok post.

The text over the video read: "15-minute Pilates. Full body workout."

She wore a crop top and biker short activewear set for optimal mobility.

Madeleine showed herself doing several variations of floor exercises, including leg kicks.

She also showed herself doing a variation of push-ups.

The certified Pilates instructor added lateral leg kicks to the regimen as well.

For each exercise, she specified doing four sets of 12 repetitions.

"#WeightLossWorkout," she added in the caption.

The video drew in many viewers who shared their two cents in the comment section.

"I typically do three times full body, one time lower body, [and] one time just core," Madeleine replied.

"Thank you," another chimed in. "It's so amazing. I did it."

The video came as part of an ever-growing exercise trend on social media.

Many fitness influencers are taking to the internet to share their workouts.
