"This is something I've dealt with my whole life," she said, adding that she's been told to pull up her shirt and switch outfits countless times.
She shared that going through puberty and going from an A-cup to an E-cup drastically affected her. "All of my friends thought I got implants," she said.
She started with a deep dive on undergarments, "the most underrated but most important thing in anyones wardrobe."
The influencer recommended finding the perfect-fitting bra. "You want something that fits nice, feels good, and is comfortable."

She suggested sports bras, balconette bras, or good-quality, well-fitting bralettes — and most importantly, a good t-shirt bra.
Neistadt also stressed that she avoids shirts with built-in cups or pads.
Her next tip was to balance out a look with a little bit of skin. "It can be as much skin or as little skin as you want."
She suggested short-sleeved shirts, keyhole cutouts, lower necklines, and looser fitting clothes.
She also stressed the importance of silhouettes — especially a rectangular, structured shape, like padded shoulders, blazers, and button-ups.
The Youtuber also suggested wearing black, form-fitting bodysuits, and trenches.
She also demonstrated how to add fabric tape and a snappy clasp to a button down to avoid a gaping hole in a button-down.
The content creator also shared a game-changing hack to buying swimsuits: "Always buy your swimwear in separates, not a set," she shared.
Her final tip? "Lean into vintage styles" to flatter a bigger chest and curvier body.
