A MUM has left the internet stunned by her youthful appearance.
Belicia Arnold posted a video of her mum on social media sharing her top anti-ageing tips.
When we think of anti-ageing we tend to focus on the face, but of course the skin on your body is just as important to take care of.
In the clip, she said: "Here are a couple body care tips of my 51-year-old Asian mother does every single week to keep her skin looking plump and moisturised."
The first tip was to make a special juice every other day to get all the vitamins and minerals your skin needs to look its best.
The juice includes carrots, apples and oranges for a glow from within.

Next the mum uses a simple two-step routine to keep the exterior of her skin looking moisturised and youthful.
She first goes in with a niacinamide exfoliator to remove any dead skin cells.
Belicia's mum then follows up with a niacinamide moisturiser – but her most important tip is completely free.
You can use any moisturiser but she reveals it's important to make sure your skin is still damp before applying it.

"She always preaches to apply lotion onto damp skin because it adds, like, another level of hydration that she loves," Belicia said.
"Her bodycare secret sauce haha she SWEARS by her lil morning skin juice and @frank body niacinamide duo," she captioned the post.
The clip posted to her TikTok account @belicia.arnold has since gone viral with over XX views and 83k likes.
People in the comments were quick to thank the pair for sharing the skincare tips and many claimed her mum looked decades younger.
