WHILE some of us are fortunate to get on well with our neighbours, others aren't so lucky.
From fence and tree wars to footballs constantly flying over the fence, there are various things that can frustrate those who live next door.
But surely such incidents can be forgiven if they're a mistake?
Well, apparently not!
One anonymous woman took to Reddit and vented her frustration after her son accidentally lost his football over their neighbour's fence – only to receive it back in a very different condition.
Sharing a snap of the ball, which appeared to have a third of the material sliced out of it, she penned: "My sons accidentally lost their football over the neighbour's fence yesterday.

The post has since received hundreds of comments online – with many sharing their own stories from their neighbours from hell.

"I've had neighbours like that. I moved because I didn't want to have my kids around that kind of people," admitted one.
A second penned: "I like to imagine the neighbour is a young dad and saw a ball in his yard that needed returning.

A third wrote: "I had neighbours who thought my garage made a good goal but their garage, directly in line with mine, did not.
"They were shocked and insulted that I would ask their kids not to keep damaging my property. Not sorry when they moved."
