A WOMAN has shared intimate details of her birth story, as she revealed the true effects of gas and air.
Janet Amrani said people often ask her about her labour experience and how she remembers it – but that they’re left stunned when they see how she reacted to the pain relief she was given.
In a short video posted to social media, Janet could be seen looking all glam, as she typed the words “when someone asks me about my labour experience.”
As a song plays in the background, the mum can then be seen looking awkwardly from side to side as she tries to avoid the question.
But the footage – which can be viewed on Janet’s TikTok account @janet_amrani – does it for her as it abruptly cuts to her lying in a hospital bed while in labour.
And as she prepares to welcome her little one, it’s clear the gas and air has taken effect.

That’s because Janet then begins to make siren noises, before breaking into a high-pitched rendition of Sound of da Police by American rapper KRS-One.
As she continues to suck on the gas and air while screeching at the top of her lungs, a midwife in the background completely ignores what’s going on, presumably used to the side effects.
Meanwhile, Janet said she had nothing to add, as she joked in the caption to the video “no comment.”
And it didn’t take long for her 84.6k followers to react to what they’d seen, as many said they couldn’t stop giggling.
