A WOMAN was left horrified when she received a chilling note from her nightmare neighbour chastising her kids for playing outside.
Mum Debbie was stunned to find a handwritten list of demands had been posted through her door by a resident who was moving house.
The mum-of-three, from Melbourne, Australia, was warned that her family "need to be respectful" when buyers are viewing the property.
She was sent a long list of barmy instructions that even ridiculously insisted she removes any clothes off the washing line.
The brood were told not to play any loud music, while Debbie was required to keep the children "nice and quiet" before the home was inspected.
And the resident, dubbed the "definition of a Karen", didn't stop there – as she even forbid the youngsters from riding their bikes.

The mum was stunned when she realised the fellow parent had referred to her kids as "hoons", an Aussie phrase for reckless drivers.
She said the "over-the-top" and "downright rude" note had been delivered from a mum-of-two on her street who was well known for having two boisterous teen sons.
It read: "Dear neighbour, we have inspections coming up in our home and are trying to sell our house.
"We need you to be respectful about this when buyers are visiting our home and ESPECIALLY on the day of the auction.

"You need to make sure that you keep your kids nice and quiet, do NOT play any loud music and take your washing off the line before the inspection.
"We don't want to see any kids on bikes riding like hoons out in the street and PLEASE make sure all cars are put away and not left out on the street."
It was smugly signed: "Your soon to be ex neighbour!"
The unbelievable list of commands has been condemned by locals, with a number of other residents receiving the same letter.
Debbie said the community are "absolutely infuriated" by the impolite penmanship.
She told Kidspot: "This woman is the definition of a Karen, she commands ‘respect’ from the entire neighbourhood but doesn’t give any in return.
"We were gobsmacked by what was in this letter. Who does she think she is?
"This woman has told us what we can and can’t do not only with our families out in the street, but in our own homes.
"She even had the nerve to say that people don’t want to hear children laughing and being noisy in the yard as they are playing, and asked us to keep them indoors.
"Anyone who has young kids knows what an impossible request that is!"
RESIDENTS ROW
The raging mum said the woman failed to mention her own sons are more likely to disrupt viewings, as they "cause havoc" on the street.
Debbie claimed the boys play expletive-ridden music into the early hours of the morning – and parents are told to "f*** off" if they confront them.
But she laughed off the request to take down her washing line that the nightmare neighbours can see from their back balcony.
"People don’t need to see underwear hanging out in the sun," the Aussie added.
The rude resident demanded that homeowners park elsewhere during the property auction, to let potential buyers use their spots.
But Debbie says after asking the woman where her two sons will leave their cars, she brazenly responded: "Where they always do, it is their house that we are selling."
The mum said she was in disbelief that the seller wanted the world to stop while she tried to flog the property.
She added: "I feel like we are targeted as neighbours, and that we can’t just live a normal life without her making it all about what her needs are to sell her house.
"Telling us not to park in the grounds of our own home makes me fearful of what will happen to our cars if we don’t obey her, as her sons have already hit my car with their skateboard breaking a tail light."
We previously told how a resident found a bizarre handwritten note from their entitled neighbour telling them not t park in "their" spot.
