SHE may be a mum-of-six, but Paris Fury still finds time to put in a regular shift down the gym.
The glamorous mum, 32, who is married to heavyweight world champion Tyson Fury, took to Instagram where she shared a snap of herself donning gym attire as she worked her muscles on a weight machine.
She then went on to reveal the secret to her enviable svelte figure by sharing how she's been going to the gym "three times a week since January."
And it seems that she's also learned from the very best – with her husband Tyson posting evidence on his Instagram that his wife is also partial to a spot of boxing.
In one video uploaded last year, Paris could be seen donning UFC gloves as she worked up a sweat by pummelling away on the punch bag.
Along with Tyson, Paris was put through her paces by the Gypsy King's strength and conditioning coach Kristian Blacklock.

Clearly proud of his wife, Tyson then posted a clip of the trio following their workout and enthused: "Another session done.
"Another day smashed. Another hour smashed. Well done Paris, well done Kristian, fantastic work."

During lockdown, the childhood sweethearts also teamed up to provide the nation with an Instagram live fitness class at 9am six days a week last summer.
The couple were given a Heroes of Humanity award by the WBC in recognition of their efforts.

Paris kept up with her husband's gruelling 700 ab reps, with Tyson even claiming that she could outwork his boxing rivals as he praised her fitness levels.
He said: "She is fitter than me, outdoing me now, I have created a monster.
