She looked chic in a teal midi-dress complete with a fashionable cape.
Penny went for a Princess Beatrice-esque hatband, which perfectly complemented the dress in the same shade of teal.
The royal is rarely spotted at a royal engagement without a trendy headband, hatband or generally fashionable hair accessory.
Today, Penny channelled this look in a chic teal hatband with the same gold leaf embellishments.
The most exciting part of the ensemble was her cape, however, which totally elevated the look.
It added an approproately regal touch for this royal occasion.
Interesting, Penny went for black flats today as opposed to the towering heels we might expect for such an occasion.
