EVER wondered why your bra feels so uncomfortable? Well according to one expert you may have been wearing it wrong.
TikTok user stylingwithkenzie revealed in a recent video that millions of women are wearing the wrong size bra due to one simple mistake.
Speaking in the video, she explained: "My first job out of college was at a luxury lingerie company where we were trained on how to properly fit women into bras.
"I'm going to teach you everything I have learned from that training. Number one, The fit of the bra band is most important.
"The fit of the band she fit parallel around the small of your back. and you shouldn't be able to pull it out more than two Inches.
"A lot of women get the sizing of the band completely wrong because they are concerned about the snug fit. But overtime your bra is going to stretch out.

"So you want to make sure that when you are trying on a bra for the first time that you are attaching it to the loosest hook not the tightest."
The fashionista goes on to give another tip and says: "Number two bra size.
"Your bra size is influenced by you band size. So as your band size changes so does your cup size."
She added: "So every band size you go down you should up in a cup size."

"If your breasts are spilling over your bra or coming out at the sides and your underwire isn't comfortable then your cups are probably too small.
"If your bra is sagging puckering or even has gaps then or even has gaps then you cup size is probably too big."
Continuing she said: "This may come as a surprise but your straps are not there for support, it's your cups and you band that are providing support in your bra."
For tip number three, Kenzie told her followers that your bra cup shape really matters.
