THERE's been plenty of talk online about using a heated drying rack to get your clothes dry.
Many claim using one cost less than a tumble dryer – but people have been struggling with how to make the most of them.
But one mum, Chloe Fenlon, from the UK, has revealed the reason they aren't working for people is because they're using them wrong.
In a TikTok video that has now gone viral with 200k views she revealed the right way to hang your laundry on them to get them dry in no time.
Many people are trying to find new ways to dry their laundry without using the tumble dryer as energy bills increase.
In the short clip, she wrote: "Seen everyone slating this clothes dryer so here's what I use mine for.

She shows that before putting the clothes on the dryer she first puts each item on clothing hangers and hangs them along the rods.
The mum then recommends putting a duvet cover over the clothes – which will help keep the heat in.

She continued: "Dries quick, house smells gorgeous and clothes ready to be put away straight away."
"I recommend, me and my heated airer for life," Chloe captioned the post.

In the comments under the post Chloe revealed she uses the Lakeland ‘dry: soon 3-tier heated airer, and added it costs 10p an hour to run.
The video received over 3k likes and people quickly took to the comments to thank her for the tip.
One wrote: "Why did I never thing to do it on hangers??! Get way more on."
Another person commented: "I have this one and it heats my room too , great when it's a cold day and it's only me at home."
