A DOCTOR has revealed three food you should steer clear of if you want to avoid wrinkles.
According to Dr. Janine Bowring, it's no use spending money on drawers full of beauty products if you're still indulging in this grub.
The pro explained why the food can cause wrinkles, and a few savvy ways you can avoid them too.
The first thing you should stop eating if you want to look younger are French fries.
"We know the bad fats in French fries and what they're fried in can, of course, be very inflammatory to the body," she explained.
The problem is that potatoes are high in something called glyphosate and deuterium, which is harmful to the mitochondria in our bodies – making you look older.

"We want good mitochondria as we're aging," the doctor continued.
Too much white sugar can also make you look older, so it's bad news if you like a couple of heaped teaspoons in your daily tea or coffe.
It's bad for the same reason French Fries are – the high levels of deuterium slows down that vital mitochondria can make you look older.
And finally, the high levels of trans-fats in margarine make it hard for nutrients to get into our body and toxins to get out.

That's not all though, according to Health Digest margarine can make your skin more susceptible to ultraviolet light radiation – which can cause serious damage to your skin.
Speaking to Eat This, Not That! Tasneem Bhatia, MD, said that the trans fat in margarine "destroys hydration, and the less your skin is hydrated, the faster the wrinkles appear."
After sharing her advice on Instagram, some people weren't sure if they were willing to stop eating the tasty grub.
"I can't not have French Fries in my life," one said.
And a second mused: "I wonder if it make s a difference if they're organic?"
But someone else said they've already ditched the food, the commented: "All 3 out of my life! If u want the chance bad enough u can do it."
