A MUM who lives with her family of five in a teeny van has revealed there's much more space than meets the eye.
Jess, from the US, shared the family's set up in a clip on TikTok, including mechanical beds and even a porch made from the van's back door.
In the clip, the mum explained where two of her children sleep, and how the savvy technology ensures the pair get lots of space to play in the tiny home on wheels.
She said: "Grace and TJ both have queen-sized beds that go up during the day."
The bunk beds disappeared into the ceiling of the van with a touch of a button.
The kids also have their own cabinets for storage and their own bathroom, something you'd be hard-pressed to find in a regular house.

At the back of the room, the kids even have their own decking area made from the back door of the van to give them even more floor space.
The family revealed they picked the Heartland RV Cyclone 4014c for this specific reason.
The video posted to their account @family.of.nomads has since gone viral with almost two million views and 160k likes.

While some were stunned by the space in the RV others couldn't believe the family lived full-time there.
One person wrote: "Imagine not being able to lay on your bed in the afternoon when you're tired or wanna relax, torture."
Another commented: "What’s so wrong with living in a house?"
"This is the only not terrible family rv children's room I've seen," penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: "Now THIS is a van life room."
"This is bigger than my room,” claimed a fifth.
Someone else added: "This is one of the best rv homes I've seen where the kids aren't sleeping in the tiny bunks. And the fact that the beds go up for more space is great!"
