During his wedding to Princess Eugenie, the late Queen Elizabeth didn't grant Jack a title.

Since being married, Eugenie has been styled as Princess Eugenie, Mrs Jack Brooksbank.

It was rumoured in 2016 that Eugenie's father Prince Andrew had asked the Queen to give earldoms to the future husbands of his daughters.

However, he denied this, stating the reports had "no basis of fact".

In a statement he wrote: "It is a complete fabrication to suggest I have asked for any future husbands of the Princesses to have titles."

"Whilst I appreciate, as Granddaughters of The Queen, there is considerable interest in my daughters, I cannot continue to stand by and have the media speculate on their futures based on my purported interventions, which are completely made up and an invention."

Do Princess Eugenie's and Jack Brooksbank's children have royal titles?

Princess Eugenie and Jack's children don't have royal titles.

This is due to an age-old rule that states titles are passed down the father's side of the family.

Therefore, as Jack isn't royal his children won't be either.

Author and royal historian Carolyn Harris told Town & Country: "Princess Eugenie's children will not have titles unless the Queen [or King] decides to bestow an earldom on Jack Brooksbank."

Jack wasn't bestowed a title and therefore his children won't have titles either.

This also applies to Princess Anne's children, Peter Phillips and Zara Tindall.

Peter and Zara's children also don't have titles.

It's also become increasingly common for senior royals whose children would be allowed a title to decide not to bestow it to their children.
