THE cost of living crisis has seen millions of people curb their nights of partying in a bid to save money.
But one woman has come up with a very cheeky hack to keep the cost of evenings out down – by strapping a hidden container of alcohol to her friend's leg.
Sophie Bartram took to TikTok to share the clever trick, showing herself sellotaping a small plastic bottle of drink onto her friend's leg.
Then, once out on the town, her pal lifted up her leg to pour some of the liquid into her glass.
"When the cost of living increases but your wages don't," a voiceover said in Sophie's video.
"Gotta do what you gotta do girlies," she captioned her clip.

People in the comments section were quick to compliment Sophie for her hack, with one writing: "Oh my Gosh, yasss! Love this!"
"I went to a festival when I was 13 this is how my mum and auntie sneaked in alcohol, using me," another added.
While others suggested their own ways of sneaking in alcohol to bars and clubs.
"Next time tape it upside down!!! Easier to pour haha," one wrote.

To which Sophie replied: "that’s a genius idea."
"I use the caprisuns with the twist off cap, they wrap your leg easier but this is class," another added.
With Sophie responding: "I have to try this next time."
"refill a fruit shoot and tape it upside down. then have your glass ready before you open the bottle," someone else suggested.

While another put whiskey in two sandwich bags, which she sealed and then placed inside her bra as she headed to a festival.
