FAMILES are feeling the pinch with soaring food, energy and fuel bills.
It's during the school holidays that households budgets are squeezed the most, as parents struggle to keep kids fed and entertained.
To tackle summer holiday hunger, some of the country's biggest retailers are offering cheap deals for kids who eat at their restaurants.
The Sun has put together a list of all the places your children can eat free or cheap this summer.
Morrisons
A child under 16 can eat for free at Morrisons cafés when you buy an adult meal worth at least £4.99.
A kids meal comes with a piece of fruit and Tropicana kids orange juice, apple drink, or bottle of water.

The free meal must be from the cafe's kids menu and cannot be used with any other offer.
Morrisons is rolling out the deal nationwide and you can find your nearest café by using the store locator tool.
Asda
Kids across England and Wales can eat for £1 at any time of the day in Asda cafes.
Asda hasn't introduced a minimum adult spend, meaning you don't have to spend a certain amount to get the offer.

The Kids Eat for £1 deal is available all day, every day from July 25 until September.
Children will be able to get either a hot or cold meal, depending on availability.
Baby food is also available as part of the initiative, with little ones able to get a free pouch of Ella's kitchen baby food in their local Asda café.

YO!
Restaurant chain Yo! is offering children a free meal at its restaurants across the country.
Kids under ten can get a free meal from the children's menu on Monday to Thursday between 3pm and 5.30pm.
A child can eat for free for every £10 spent on food by an accompanying adult.
A maximum of three children per table can eat for free.
The offer includes a meal and a drink – a desert can be added for £1.50.

Beefeater, Table Table and Brewers Fayre
Kids under 16 can eat breakfast for free at any Beefeater, TableTable or Brewers Fayre during the school holidays.
Buying an £9.50 adult breakfast will allow you to get two free kids breakfasts.

Hungry Horse
Customers at a Hungry Horse pub can get a free kid's breakfast when they buy an adult breakfast for at least £3.49.
The good news is, two children can eat for free with each breakfast that is purchased.
Hungry Horse's deal is available from 8am to noon from July 22 to September 4.

Ikea
From July 11 to September 3, kids can get a meal from the children's menu from between 95p and £1.50 at Ikea.
The deal includes one hot meal, jelly and a soft drink, and a piece of fruit.

Dunelm
Kids eating at Pausa cafes at Dunelm can get a free mini-main, two snacks and a drink from June 27.
Customers have to spend £4 in the cafe to get the deal.

Bella Italia
Popular restaurant Bella Italia is giving away kids meals for £1 during the summer holidays.
To redeem the offer, diners will have to buy one adult main between 4pm and 6pm, Monday to Thursday.
Children up to the age of 11 can tuck into a three courses and a Cawston pressed fruit water for £1.
Youngsters will also get a free activity pack with a snakes and ladders game and colouring or activity booklet.
The date the offer is set to begin will vary from place to place.
Bella Italia is asking parents to check their local restaurant social media channel to find out if the offer has started.

Dobbies Garden Centres
Families visiting Dobbies Garden Centres can get one free kids meal with every adult main meal purchased in the restaurant.
The deal includes a meal from the kids lunch menu plus a drink.
All restaurants open from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday, but opening times may vary on Sundays.
