Aldi is known for providing cheaper alternatives to cult products.
It started a caterpillar "cake war" with M&S and even tried to rival luxury brand Jo Malone with its candles.
And it seems Walkers could be the budget supermarket's new target.

Aldi shared a picture of its new snack on Instagram – and the Thai Sweet Chill "Perfections" look very familiar indeed.
Many have compared the £1.25 crisps to Walkers' pricier Thai Sweet Chilli Sensations, which are double the price in Tesco and Sainsbury's at the time of writing.
Announcing the news on Instagram, Aldi wrote: "New product alert.
"Try our new Thai Sweet Chilli Perfections in store NOW… they will leave the sweetest sensation in your mouth."
The post garnered more than 4,900 likes on the platform – and it's safe to say customers are excited.
One responder joked: "These look… sensational."
A second wrote: "These are actually better than Walkers Sensations."
And another agreed: "Better than the Walkers version by far!"
Others couldn't resist laughing at the supermarket's ability to dupe bigger brands.
One commenter giggled: "The audacity of Aldi cracks me up."
Another agreed: "Love it how Aldi comes up with products in their stores that look *slightly* familiar to other products out there and then sell out of it."
And a third added: "I love that they even call them Thai Sweet Chilli.
"Others would’ve gone with 'Sweet Thai Chilli' but Aldi is just out here not caring."
