Ariana Madix finally moved out of her shared home with Tom Sandoval on Monday.
In photos exclusively obtained by Page Six, several pals of the “Vanderpump Rules” star, 37, can be seen in the driveway of the Valley Village, Calif., farmhouse, packing various boxes and luggage into a U-Haul truck.
After helping her friends stow away items herself, a smiling Madix made a swift exit and hopped into a nearby vehicle — which then drove off.
Madix was later seen moving into a new home roughly 15 minutes away, where she was met by the U-Haul truck.
“Ariana is relieved to get out of that house,” a source tells Page Six.
“She is ready to begin a new chapter.”
Madix — dressed casually in a blue sweatshirt and black leggings — also let her 1.8 million Instagram followers know on Monday how thrilled she is to upgrade to a new place.
“Ready to dip out 😏,” she captioned a celebratory video posted to her Story, giving fans a glimpse at a stack of boxes behind her.

Reps for Madix and Sandoval didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
Madix’s decision to vacate the home comes nearly three months after Sandoval’s affair with co-star Raquel Leviss came to light.
Sources previously told Page Six that the headline-making betrayal left the Something About Her co-founder “heartbroken” and “blindsided.”
The exes bought the property — which they previously called their “forever home” — for just over $2 million in 2019.
During her May 17 appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,” Madix revealed that she hopes to sell the house in the near future.
“My plan is to sell the house,” she stated, also confirming that she and the cover band singer had been cohabitating in the wake of their split.
“I want my money out of that house as quickly as possible,” she added. “And I want to move on.”
Madix learned of Sandoval and Leviss’ affair the night of March 1, when his phone fell out of his pocket and she saw a sexually explicit video of the retired beauty queen.
“I found a screen recording of them on FaceTime. It was literally from the night before,” she told her castmates on the May 17 Season 10 finale of “Pump Rules.”
The affair was exposed two days later, prompting Madix to break up with Sandoval after nearly a decade together.
On Wednesday, Page Six confirmed that the pair called it quits just two months after news of their shocking affair shook the Bravo universe.
Madix, however, doesn’t believe this is the end of the road for the cover band singer, 40, and the former beauty queen, 28.
“I don’t buy that at all. She was sending letters to my house like four days ago,” she told host Andy Cohen on “WWHL.”
“I just brought in the mail, saw it, put it on the table and walked away,” Madix explained, noting that “it was in her handwriting.”
Leviss has been in a mental health facility for the past month amid backlash over the bombshell affair, while Sandoval has been on tour with Tom Sandoval & the Most Extras.
Madix, for her part, has moved on with a new man named Daniel Wai. The Bravolebrity said on “WWHL” that the hunky fitness pro makes her “happy and satisfied.”
“Vanderpump Rules” airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
