Ariana Madix claimed Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss’ months-long affair began shortly after her beloved dog died on Aug. 2, 2022.
“I called Raquel, and I, like, started making her f–king tell me [about the affair]. Like, ‘What the f–k? When did this start?’ She said, ‘Right after the girls’ trip.’ I’m like, ‘You mean right after Charlotte died?’” Madix said in a preview of Wednesday’s episode of “Vanderpump Rules.”
Madix shared that Leviss claimed she and Sandoval only kissed, but Sandoval allegedly later told her that they “‘actually f–ked in her car that night.’
“And he didn’t have a key to get in, so he had to ring the doorbell, and I had to let him in,” she added, referring to their shared $2 million Valley Village, Calif., home.
Madix’s friends and co-stars Scheana Shay and Katie Maloney listened on and gasped at the shocking revelation.
“My emotions were clearly all over the place, and he was angry at me,” Madix, 37, continued. “Angry! At me!”
The Something About Her co-founder also confirmed Page Six’s previous reporting that she discovered the affair after seeing a sexually explicit video of Leviss on Sandoval’s phone following a Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras concert on March 1.
“I found a screen recording of them on FaceTime. It was literally from the night before,” she continued.
Madix further claimed that Sandoval, 40, had FaceTimed Leviss, 28, while staying at Maloney’s ex-husband Tom Schwartz’s house.

Maloney, 36, appeared stunned at the revelation that Schwartz, 40, seemingly had a role in the scandal.
Madix dumped her boyfriend of nearly 10 years after finding out, and the exes will continue to quarrel over what went down in the explosive Season 10 finale episode — filmed after Scandoval was exposed — and the upcoming three-part reunion.
A trailer for the finale showed Madix and Sandoval getting into one heated confrontation in which they screamed at each other before she chillingly requested that he “die.”
Madix later faced off against Leviss at the reunion, where she called the former pageant queen “diabolical, demented, subhuman.”
“Vanderpump Rules” airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
