The 53-year-old journalist stepped out in a hot-pink mini dress for an intimate family dinner with Amazon founder and billionaire beau Jeff Bezos at beloved celebrity hotspot Nobu in Malibu.
Flanked by security, Sanchez and Bezos, who recently became engaged as first reported by DailyMail.com, were all smiles as they left the establishment on Monday.
Despite it being dark already, the loved-up couple both wore sunglasses to shield their eyes and strolled out into the parking lot hand-in-hand.

Sanchez was striking in a Barbie-inspired Versace mini dress, worth $1,750, accessorizing her figure-hugging frock with white pumps and a similarly hued Birkin.
In her lobes were simple hoops and on her left hand was the massive engagement ring that announced to the world that she and Bezos would soon be wed.
Her hair was worn loose as she trailed behind the billionaire.
Meanwhile Bezos, 59, kept it casual in a black T-shirt and a pair of dark jeans, and opted to carry what looked like a leather jacket over his right arm as his left hand held on to his fiancée.
And one of their dinner companions, his brother, Mark, was also seen outside the restaurant in a white striped T-shirt and blue jeans.
Their dinner outing comes after the couple’s lavish European vacation onboard the billionaire’s $500 million superyacht, the Koru.
Photos showed Sanchez and Bezos soaking up the sun, with the Emmy Award-winning journalist flaunting her toned summer body in a series of bikinis during the weeks-long trip.
In a selfie posted to her Instagram stories last month, the billionaire’s fiancée turned up the heat showing off her itty-bitty bikini in the makeup-free photo onboard the luxury vessel.

Their Euro trip took them to a number of locations, including Italy and Spain.
The Amazon founder’s 230ft tall yacht, which he commissioned in 2018, currently holds the record for being the world’s tallest superyacht.
