An extreme body modification fan has left viewers stunned when he showed his passport photo of himself covered in black ink and "horns".
Anthony Loffredo, who calls himself the "black alien", has done surgeries including tongue split, chin hole, skeleton-like implants and finger removal and more to turn himself into an extraterrestrial.
In a new documentary on Channel 4, the Frenchman revealed he has only done 46% of work before he fully transforms his body.

Host Arthur Bruel met Anthony in Mexico to learn more of his lifestyles and relationship with his family.
Anthony showed him around the city before taking him to his apartment for a sit-down conversation.
Arthur was curious to see his passport and asked if he could see the picture.
When he flipped open the document, he was surprised to see a headshot of Anthony in black ink, tattoos and horns.
"There are no issues for you to get official documents?" he asked.
The extreme tattoo fan replied: "This passport? No, but my identity card.
"Normally would take one month, but it took me a year!"
He then explained that he almost got into trouble because of his extreme look.
"The police wondered if I was a man who was 'wanted' and that I've done all this to hide myself," he added.
Arthur couldn't believe it and said it's almost like something he would only see in movies.
Anthony admitted he always felt different when he was small.
Looking at the pictures of himself before he did the modifications, he said: "I was happy but not in the right body.
"I was a very sexy guy but it's not my body, not my real body. But I'm the same person! Same heart!"
The 34-year-old previously hinted his next plan would be to amputate his leg.
Covering the lower left leg by a piece of black cloth, Anthony posted the picture and said: "I will be ready one day.
