Boots shoppers are rushing to buy 'stunning' beauty must-have scanning at tills for £10 instead of £55 | The Sun

BOOTS shoppers are rushing to buy a 'stunning' beauty must-have scanning at the tills for a bargain price.

The retailer currently has a No7 illuminated makeup mirror reduced from £55 to just £10 in its online sale.

The bargain beauty buy has customers raving about the deal on social media with savvy shoppers sharing in Facebook groups such the Extreme Couponing and Bargains.

One happy customer said: "Well I've just ordered two of these at £10, worth saving them. Online at Boots."

And another added: "Such a good price."

While another commented: "Thanks for the post just purchased three."

The deal is part of the "6 epic days of prime time deals" on the Boots website and is available online only.

The makeup mirror comes in a choice of silver or rose gold, but be quick if you want to get your hands on one.

One person commented that she had ordered one for her daughter's birthday, and someone else bagged a couple to put away for Christmas gifts.

According to the website, the mirror is designed to "eliminate shadows and glare" and also comes complete with a dimmer switch to allow for various light settings.

If you are looking to purchase the mirror you can click and collect from £1.50 or for free if you spend £15 or more at Boots.

Standard delivery is £3.75 or free when you spend £25 or more, so bear that in mind when you are looking to purchase.

If you are looking to click and collect you can find your nearest store by using the locator tool on the website.

And as always remember that it pays to shop around to make sure you are getting the cheapest deal.

You can compare the cost of similar products from other retailers using price comparison tools like Google Shopping.

We had a look around to see what other retailers were offering on similar products.

The Boots offer is looking to be a hard one to beat at the moment, despite our best efforts.

Argos has a makeup mirror for the same price of £10 but it is just a basic model and not illuminated.

Its illuminated version is called the Rio illuminated HD mirror and that retails at £17.50.

Wilko's has a freestanding makeup mirror that swivels retailing at £6.50 but again it is not illuminated.

Avon has a slightly larger square-shaped rose gold illuminated mirror, but that is also twice the price of the Boots one at £20.

It does look like Boots is the cheapest around so be quick if you want to get your hands on one as we doubt they will be sticking around for long.

Other items in the Boots sale include hair styling products, electrical goods, perfume and skincare.

Boots is not the only retailer that has shoppers in a frenzy with some big discounts.

B&M has bargain hunters scouring the stores to get their hands on one bargain home item that is selling for just £1.

And at the start of the month Aldi had shoppers rushing to buy an "insane" designer perfume dupe that was 98% cheaper than the real thing.

Remember it is easy to get carried away when you see great deals, but be mindful that it is only a saving if it is something that you were looking for in the first place.

If you are buying an item just because it is a good offer you are not necessarily saving money.
