It’s business as usual.
Cameron Diaz and Jamie Foxx brushed aside any rumored on-set drama to get back to filming their upcoming Netflix movie, “Back in Action.”
In photos obtained by Page Six, the actors were photographed in the English countryside Thursday for the making of director Seth Gordon’s action comedy flick.
Foxx, 55, was seen dressed in a navy blue suit and carrying a teal backpack as he stood with Diaz, 50, atop a mountain.
Meanwhile, the “Shrek” voice actress was seen dressed in a pair of black leather pants and an oversized tan sweater. Her hair was pulled back and she had on a red lip.
Both Diaz and Foxx appeared to be in character throughout most of the images, so it seems the shots were taken while the film cameras were still rolling.
This was the actors’ first day back at work since news broke of Foxx allegedly throwing a tantrum after he was reportedly unhappy with the production and fired four crew members.
A source previously told The Sun, “There have been some issues on set and Jamie has had a major meltdown over it all.”
Diaz — who had taken a nearly decade-long hiatus from Hollywood — then reportedly tried to quit acting again following the whole fiasco.
“These back-to-back 10-hour workdays have been a lot on her and she hates being away from [her daughter] Raddix,” a source close to the “Charlies Angel” star previously told the Daily Mail. “Cameron loves being a mom more than anything in the world.”
Despite the on-set drama, Foxx and Diaz reportedly never had any issues with each other.
“When you are in a position of authority, sometimes you have to make decisions to let people go who do not share the same vision as you,” a source close to the “There’s Something About Mary” star previously said, adding that they would be “incredibly surprised if it caused any tension between Jamie and Cameron.”
Foxx played a major role in convincing Diaz to return to filmmaking.

The “Django Unchained” star told Entertainment Tonight in August 2022 that he simply told the “Holiday” star, “Do you wanna have some fun? Just have some fun!,” which brought her to his Netflix project.
“We miss special moments sometimes, in our business, and I think this is a special moment,” Foxx added. “So we’re so happy that it’s happening and looking forward to it.”
Diaz, for her part, acknowledged what a full-circle moment it was for her to make a comeback alongside Foxx, with whom she starred in the last movie she made, “Annie,” in 2014 before her big break from the entertainment business.
“The last movie I made was ‘Annie’ with Jamie, and so the first movie back is this film with Jamie,” she said on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” in September 2022.
“He’s so great, he’s so easy, he’s so professional, he’s so talented, and just being able to work with him, it’ll be so much fun.”
