The picture has had many social media users baffled as they struggle to identify all of the three-sided shapes
But some users claim to have found the puzzle easy – and bragged on social media about the speed with which they solved it.
One man claimed it took him “under 12 seconds”, and helpfully shared an image revealing where all of the 18 triangles are.
Another user went one step further, and identified 24 triangles.
She shared a photo of her workings out to prove that she really had found that many.
And another man did the same after finding 24 triangles too – using letter codes to identify every triangle he found.
Another brainteaser swept the web after testing how well user’s brains processed words.
The quiz, by Playbuzz, asks users to read sentences and identify a particular highlighted word.
It starts off simply, but gets increasingly more difficult as the quiz continues.
Words are presented backwards, upside down and in a confusing ‘double’.
Those who manage to complete all of the brainteasers with no mistakes are told they are a “reading genius”.
